Welcome to DelphiWorld and our Stock Market predictor service. We are a non-profit organization relying on donations to maintain and improve our services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Predictor.

   • Use the Predictor for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

   • Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Predictor or its output.

   • Use the Predictor to conduct any unlawful or unauthorized activities.

   • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Predictor.

3. Input Data: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any input data provided to the Predictor. You must enter an existing stock symbol.

Predictions and Output

1. Disclaimer: The Predictions generated by the Predictor are based on historical data and statistical models. They are not investment advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.

2. No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Predictions, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to the Predictions or the use of the Predictor.

Donations

1. Voluntary Donations: We rely on donations to maintain and improve our services. If you are satisfied with the Predictor's performance, you may choose to make a donation to support our efforts.

2. No Obligation: You are under no obligation to make a donation, and your use of the Predictor is not contingent upon making a donation.

3. Donations will go towards improving scanning structure and will most likely generate a more accurate result.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: We retain all ownership rights to the Predictor, including any intellectual property rights.

2. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Predictor's output for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Conduct

1. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Predictor.

2. Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any activities that are harmful, unethical, or illegal, including but not limited to:

   • Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the Predictor's output.

   • Using the Predictor to conduct any unlawful or unauthorized activities.

Termination

1. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Predictor at any time, without notice, for any reason.

2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Predictor and its output will cease, and you must destroy any copies of the Predictor's output in your possession.

Changes to Terms

1. Changes: We may modify these Terms at any time, without notice.

2. Effective Date: The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
